At Miles+Bonus, we take our members’ needs into account and continuously adapt the program to offer greater flexibility. Recognizing that new responsibilities may arise and affect travel habits, we are enhancing the New Parent benefit for Silver and Gold members.

Specifically, we are updating the required documentation for welcoming a new member into the family and we are adding an additional category.

In detail :

• New member in the family : Members can apply for tier hold for one year, due to the arrival of a new family member. The request can be submitted by either member (mother and/or father), up to three times in total, by providing a family status certificate. Members can apply for each child after birth and until the child reaches their first year of age. They must provide a family status certificate by attaching it to the contact form here (category “Miles+Bonus”, type of feedback: Make a request and issue “Profile & Status”).  


• Military service : Members serving their military service may apply to maintain their tier status and must submit a copy of their military ID through the contact form here (category “Miles+Bonus”, type of feedback: Make a request and issue “Profile & Status”).
