As of the 9th of March 2023, the Grand Serai Congress & Spa Hotel exits the Miles+Bonus program.

As a result, after this date, Miles+Bonus members will not be able to earn or redeem miles per night stay, as well as benefit from exclusive privileges.

Miles+Bonus members will be allowed to claim miles until the 8th of March 2024 for stays up until the 8th of March 2023.
